Incorporated on the 23rd February 2007, Ground Services Ltd is a FBO company dedicated to providing high quality services and products to its customers in the Indian Ocean. We make it a point to offer professional services in order to maintain an excellent quality at all time.
Our vision
Setting increasingly high standards, we aim to be the best flight support service provider in Mauritius as well as in the Indian Ocean countries in which we operate: Reunion, Seychelles & Madagascar. From Mauritius, we support not only airlines but also operators of private & charter aircraft landing in the Indian Ocean islands.
Our services
Ground Services Ltd supplies ground handling equipment (a well as other airport related products) and provides representation services to our highly esteemed clients.
We therefore provide the following services:
- Application of permits: landing permit, over flight permit, parking, flight clearance & airside permit for ambulance vehicles (MEDEVAC),
- Provision of flight & station supervision: ensuring that customers, crews & aircraft maintain contact with their operational base, meet & assist crew and passengers on arrival through the Immigration, Health & Custom counters, meet & assist crew and passengers during their departure through the Checking desk & the Immigration counter, meet & assist passengers from the aircraft to the hotel,
- VIP & VVIP services,
- Crew accommodation & transport services,
- Full ground handling services & equipment,
- In-flight catering,
- Coordination with hospital, doctors and ambulance for any patient leaving/arriving in Mauritius,
- Internal cabin cleaning & external aircraft washing
